Andrea Gilligan was sitting in for Ciara Kelly on Lunchtime and she spoke to us about mortgage delays and issues that were arising during the covid pandemic. Much of it is the simple friction that occurs when lots of interlinked professions take on different work practices rapidly.
This goes for surveyors, brokers, solicitors and others who may be working remotely, or have stringent social distancing protocols, or in some cases who simply can't show up to do a job for their own health reasons (which can happen to anybody in any industry).
